Shipping via USPS First Class is FREE within the lower 48 United States.

 

Outside the lower 48 United States regular UPS shipping rates apply.



Free shipping does NOT apply to returned merchandise.

 

 

Returns

 

I want you to be compeletely satisfied with your purchase. I will gladly accept returns within 10 days of the purchase date.  Items are inspected before shipping and are free of damage when shipped. If your jewelry arrives damaged, please notify me within 5 days of receipt of the jewelry for a full replacement or refund.  The damaged jewelry must be returned  to me within 10 days from the purchase date in order to qualify for a refund.  Free shipping does not apply to items returned for reasons other than damage upon receipt.  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.  Actual shipping costs will be deducted from the refund of the original purchase amount . 

If you wish to have alterations made to a piece of jewelry you have purchased and received from us, simpy return the piece via USPS. I will make the alterations you requested and re-ship the piece via USPS. The customer will be charged for the actual shipping cost. We never add any handling fees to the shipping cost.  To avoid the additional cost of re-shipping, simply notify me by email or phone of any modification you wish to have made when placing your original order. Alteration requests may result in a slight delay in the delivery date of your purchase. Usually this delay would only be a day or two, but if time is of the essence, please let me know this and I will make every effort to accommodate your schedule. Rush orders are gladly accepted, with the understanding that shipping costs could be higher than normal and therefore our free shipping policy may not apply. Contact me and we can discuss a plan.

 

 

Returns must be repackaged in bubble wrap, placed in a bubble mailer along with a copy of your original receipt and insured at the customer’s expense. Fandangled assumes no responsibility for jewelry received from a customer in damaged condition. Shipper is responsible for damage to merchandise during shipment. I am always happy to discuss any problems with you by phone or email and will make every effort to satisfy your needs.

Availability

 

Most orders will be shipped within 48 hours of the order date. Shipment of custom orders will vary depending on the complexity and number of pieces ordered. If you have special time constraints, please make me aware of your circumstances and I will make every effort to accommodate your needs. Generally, most custom orders will be created and shipped within 2 weeks of the order date. 

 

 

Custom Orders and Modifications

 

Modifications to size and color are happily made. Prepayment is required for custom orders. Simply call me at 315-703-0157 or email me at diana@fandangledjewelry.com and I will work with you to create something truly personal. When trying to match a color in a fabric, please keep in mind that monitors may differ in color and the colors you are viewing on your monitor could possibly differ from the actual color of the piece. After a piece is made to a customer's specifications and shipped, the customer will be charged a minimum of $25 plus shipping for any sizing changes requested.

 

Repairs and Replacement

 

My jewelry is warranted against defects in workmanship for 30 days from date of purchase. I will repair or replace any piece of jewelry that is shown to have a defect in workmanship that renders the piece unwearable. Jewelry which is deemed by me to have been worn and damaged by the customer does not qualify for free replacement or refund.

 

Beaded jewelry consists of many components. Some of these components may be dyed and will not hold up under wet conditions. Never wear your jewelry in a pool or the shower. Fandangled will not be responsible for water damage to jewelry.

 

Rough handling of your jewelry could result in damage. Fandangled will not be responsible for damage to jewelry due to misuse, abuse or rough handling.

 

Never try to repair a piece of jewelry yourself. Doing so will void your warranty.

 

Cancellations

 

Orders cancelled after your jewelry has been shipped will be honored within 10 days of the purchase date. The customer will be responsible for shipping costs in both directions. Refund will be issued less the shipping cost incurred by Fandangled. If payment was made by credit card, the price of your order will be credited to your account, less our shipping costs.

 

 

Care and Cleaning

 

 Never use harsh chemicals or detergents on your beaded jewelry. Store in tissue paper or the original box. Wipe with a soft cloth and use Sunshine Cloths to polish the silver components. They work great and won’t harm gemstones. I have them available and can include one with your order upon request. There is a nominal charge of $1.50 each. Silver reacts to sulfides in the air and will tarnish. Humidity will cause your sterling silver to tarnish faster. I recommend never using a dip on your beaded jewelry. Dips can harm your stones! A certain amount of oxidation looks nice and is built into many sterling pieces for an aged effect.
